Self Potraits

My ideas about this were to do things that I never did before like in my element picture I never thought to be taking a photo up their. Also to all of the places I took pictures in. I wanted to express different things well a least I did try a lot. My ideas did change a lot at first I would pick this position and then change to another it would change every moment until I decided for the ones I got now. I though that my element picture was the most creative one. Really this project was very hard. I think I could of use more creativity.
Well I did try to set up these pictures the way they were. Well I tried to pick good places to strengthen my photos so they can look creatively. Well so they wouldn’t look weak I tried not to pose like people usually do. I tried to be more creative. The one I think has more composition is my prop photo. Maybe just because it’s simple just me and my bracelet. If I could change any other portrait it would be my rule of thirds. The way I would change it is by choosing a different place and the position I’m in.
I had to change the camera to take the rule of thirds photo. I did change a little the shutter for light in my light picture other than that I just used the camera regularly in all my other pictures. I guess one of my weaknesses was not using the cameras settings maybe I could have been more creative if I had used these settings. Well my level apparently in craftsmanship is really low. Well my only strength was using the shutter setting in my light picture.
I think that overall I did okay on my self portraits I tried a lot. I think I did well in choosing the places in my backgrounds. I would do a lot of things different like choosing a better place for light and also I think I could have done more creative stuff to make my pictures more different. My favorite shot was my rule of thirds I like a lot the place and the little shadow on my face. My least favorite picture was the one of the light I think I could of pick a different place with a lot of light in. Out all of this I liked this project a lot. I would be very happy if we could do this again another time I think I did well.

ISO

Well the difference is that in the flash you cant even notice the Christmas lights. In the second shot you can see more the lights then the person and the background. In the third you can see everything good its better you can also see all the details in the background and the lighting is good not to much or a little bit like the other two.

Light Metering

In these pictures we had to meter. First we had to aim for the computer screen to get that lighting. The second meter we had to aim for our partners skin to get that picture lighting.

The Aesthetic Experience

This experience was good not only did I see how the colors were mixing but I felt good. I saw it as if we were in a world of liquid colors very nice. I also saw as if I was in a 3 color rainbow this experience was like never before.

Shadows and Reflections

In the first photo we learned how to make it look real by adding a shadow. In the second picture we learned to make a reflection of the plum. In this exercise we learned to use the tool layer mask. This will help me in the future because I know now how to make different photos look realistic.

Chocolate Frog

For Valentines day We had to turn a frog into a chocolate frog, in this project I learned how to smoothin in things with the blur brush. I also learned how to use color levels to turn the green frog into a brown chocolaty frog.

Aged Photo

In this project we used one of our frame photographs to practice using Photoshop to create specific effects.

In this photo I made it look like an old time photo. I learned also how to make each and every little detail in this photo. My favorite detail is the scratches. At the end i liked how it turned out.
